PLEASE READ THOROUGHLY PRIOR TO BOOKING AN APPOINTMENT
Our appointments are for installations, fittings and Collections only.
Please note that hair extensions, closures and frontals are not included in this prices.
You can purchase our hair and also book appointment for the service you required.
To secure your slot, a NON-REFUNDABLE deposit of €20 has to be paid within 24hours of booking appointment. If you cancel your appointment for any reasons, this deposit is not refundable.
All units constructions and colour services has to be PAID IN FULL after appointment is booked.
Once your appointment is booked, we will contact you to provide our full address to post or drop off your hair.
Note: When booking please make sure to allow 5-7 working days to send or drop your hair prior to your appointment date.
Any later your appointment will be considered express, which is €30 or you will need to reschedule for additional €10.
Please ensure your hair is detangled, wash, brushed and neatly package before sending out to us.
If your hair is not in acceptable state, you may incurred additional charges or we refuse your hair
You have 15 minute grace period. If you are more than 15 minutes late you will be charged an additional €10.
If you are 20 minutes late, your appointment will be cancelled and you’ll have to reschedule another deposit will have to be paid when rescheduling.
If you would really like a specific date that shows not available, please feel free to send us an email info@daisiluxecollections.com.
This will be labelled as an ’emergency appointment’ and will be an additional €30 i.e Sunday appointments.
Please include the following details in your bag: (Name, head measurements, hairstyle/parting preference and skin tone).
This is very important! If you are unsure of the Wig cap size and lace color, please check out the guidelines on our FAQ.
You can collect your custom closure and frontal units or we can ship it out to you. If you want your unit shipped to you, please pay return with your service bill.
