DELIVERY

Custom wigs orders takes minimum of 7- 10 working days to be processed, and some orders may take longer; time frames are advised on each product. Once the hair is processed, shipping takes 3-5 working days within Ireland, 5-7 working days outside of Ireland. We will send your tracking information as soon has your order has been shipped. 

All virgin hair bundles, frontals, and closures are shipped within 1-3 days of placing an order. We will advise you if there will be any delay in the shipment of your order. Delivery within Ireland is shipped with Anpost registered and tracked option. The aim of this service is to ensure that you can monitor the journey of your item, and we trace in case any issues arise, e.g., Missing items.

Shipping to the UK and other EU countries are shipped via Anpost registered tracked and signed delivery services. Delivery can take up to 5-7 working days. Orders made worldwide (USA, Africa, etc.) are also shipped via Anpost or DHL Express (Depends on the option chosen at checkout). Mail international tracked and signed delivery. The aim for this service is 5-7 working days.

CANCELLATIONS

All sales are final, there are not cancellations options after order has been paid for at checkout. 

Construction of your unit starts 48 hours after purchase. Your orders cannot be changed after that; all sales are final.

RETURN POLICY

Due to nature of our products and hygiene purposes, all items purchased are non-refundable. 

For custom wigs it is very important to provide accurate measurements for your wig/cap size and specific styling request.  All units are made according to the requirements you have provided. 

*Please note, we are not responsible if inaccurate measurements were provided, hereby resulting in the unit not fitting*

EXCHANGE POLICY

Our customers’ satisfaction is our priority. If there is an issue or fault on your order that is beyond our control, we will gladly process the exchange of your item as long as the following conditions are met:

• Item is unused and in original packaging
• Item is returned within 7 days of receiving the order
