HOW DO I ORDER A CUSTOM UNIT?

You can purchase one of the units on our custom order page (Please be sure to read the unit’s specifications before you purchase. If you want some changes done to one of our customer wigs, you choose the options under the unit you want. If the option is not specified under the unit, you may write the details to us through our Contact Us page.

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO MAKE A CUSTOM UNIT?

It takes about 5-10 business days. During the times when we have a lot of orders to work on, it could take about 10-14 business days. Express order takes 4 working days with an express fee of €30. We will advise you of this during the consultation.

CAN I PROVIDE MY OWN HAIR FOR A UNIT?

Yes, you are more than welcome to provide your own hair. You can drop off or post your bundles to us, but it must in perfect condition, hair must be detangled, washed, and blowdried without the tracks cut in pieces, etc.  

HOW MUCH HAIR WOULD YOU RECOMMEND FOR A LACE FRONTAL OR LACE CLOSURE WIG?

We recommend 3 bundles and a frontal.

WHAT IS THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN A LACE CLOSURE AND LACE FRONTAL?

A lace closure covers the parting area only (typically comes sized 4×4, 5×5 and closures that give you frontal illusion 6×6 & 7×7).
A lace frontal extends from ear to ear (typically comes sized as 13″ x 4″ or 13″ x 6″).

CAN I PURCHASE YOUR HAIR WITHOUT MAKING A UNIT?

Yes, you are more than welcome.

DO YOU OFFER WIG MAINTENANCE?

Yes, we do; we offer free wig maintenance, which is mainly tightening your wig, replacing elastic bands, and fixing any possible loose threading that happens within 6months from the date of purchase. *Only applies to wigs that were initially constructed by us*

*It is very important to have quality hair and good lace that matches your skin tone for best results*.
Use our Lace Color Chart below as a visual guide to determine the lace color that suits your skin tone. Please note, if you cannot find the lace color that matches your skin tone perfectly, it’s better to go lighter instead of darker.

HOW DO I KNOW MY WIG SIZE?

We have wig cap measure guidelines. To get an accurate and comfortable fit for your wig, follow the steps below. Send us your wig measurement, and we will be able to know what cap size is best for you. Our wig cap size comes in small, medium, large, and extra-large.
